Product RoleApplication Scenarios
These shafts are integrated into the steering columns and rack assemblies of modern passenger vehicles, where they transmit motor-driven torque to facilitate low-effort maneuvering. Our production follows customer-provided designs and supports a wide array of automotive segments:
● Mainstream sedan and hatchback models
● Crossover and off-road utility vehicles
● Next-generation battery electric platforms
● Hybrid drivetrains requiring variable assist mapping

Our role is that of a precision manufacturing partner, not a design house. We accept customer engineering prints and convert them into finished shafts through a combination of automated CNC turning, cylindrical grinding, and optional surface finishing operations. Critical features – including shaft diameters, step transitions, spline forms, groove locations, and bearing seat geometries – are all produced to print-specified values. The tight roundness and runout figures (2µm and 5µm respectively) are achieved through careful process parameter selection and in-process gauging, ensuring that every part leaving our facility satisfies the tolerance requirements defined by the customer.
SummaryAutomotive Industry System
Our quality management system operates under IATF 16949 certification. Each production lot undergoes final inspection covering all print-designated criteria: dimensional conformance, geometric roundness and runout measurement, hardness verification, and surface texture evaluation. Documentation packages are available upon request.
In essence, our EPS shaft product delivers precision execution of customer designs, combining robust machining capability with rigorous quality discipline. This makes us a reliable source for steering system components across the evolving automotive landscape – from conventional powertrains to fully electric architectures.
